Calmingpup or Route Shipping Insurance is not liable for what happens to your Dog Beds once used with your dog as we want to be able to run fair business.

It is unfair for us to be liable for any damage in which have not been caused by shipping or similar.

We hope you kindly understand and be fair with us as a business and you as the consumer that these occasions do happen, however, if a dog bed gets damaged during usage of weeks/months, it will be unfair for us to issue any liability for the occasions.run fair business.

**Route Shipping Insurance is not the shipping company, they do not handle your order/s. They only handle your claims if something went wrong with shipping & delivery.

Route is Calmingpup's Official Partner for shipping insurance, for lost/stolen orders, damaged products, (Within investigation) that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders.

Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost, stolen, or damaged.

In order to apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. If you apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary. You can also proceed to file a claim here.

**If order is above $100USD - Route will need certain documents when you file a claim, please work with them with which documents needed in your side.

If you/customer did not purchase shipping insurance with your order, Calmingpup will NOT be liable for any damages, lost/stolen orders or any defects you may have with your product.

We always recommend you purchase Route Shipping insurance at checkout with your order to report any problems throughout the shipping journey.

**Calmingpup or Route Insurance will not be liable for any damages after usage of beds, dogs can/or may get carried away with their new beds, we won't be liable to replace, return these beds as the are NOT shipping defects.

Example: The Dog Beds were used for an entire week/month/year, you are not ABLE to claim "Defective/Damaged" when you have been using the product without damage.

We only accept these claims if it was really the shipping companies fault during transit, while delivery (lost, stolen, damaged DURING transit only)

If you DID NOT purchase shipping insurance and your order was damaged, we are not liable to return, replace your beds.

**Calmingpup or Route Insurance will not be liable for any damages after usage of beds, dogs can/or may get carried away with their new beds, we won't be liable to replace, return these beds as the are NOT shipping defects.

How many days following the last tracking update should I file my claim?

Domestic orders - 7-12 days

International orders - 30 days 

If your item has been stuck in USA shipping for more than 7-12 days / or international shipping for more than 30 days, You may file a claim via route insurance.

**Route Insurance is NOT a shipping company, they are only an insurance team who may assist you if you believe your ORDER WAS LOST

An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as "delivered," but not received.

Route asks that you wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim

Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered.

If orders are over $100USD+ you will have to do certain steps with Route Insurance when you file a claim here.

If you purchased ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE and would like to file a claim - but it's saying the following:


Sorry, we couldn’t find this order. Please double check that the order number and the email is the same according to the confirmation email

The Route Order ID is a unique identifier assigned to every order that is protected by Route Package Protection. This number allows us to view all the important information to report an order issue.

Each time you purchase Route Package Protection when ordering a package, we will send an email that includes your Route Order ID.

Follow these steps to find your Route Order ID:

Log in to the email account you used to place the order.Search for the email using these phrases, Shipment is Secure with Route Package Protection.When you find the email, scroll to the bottom of the email and locate your Route Order ID. It should start with RT followed by a series of numbers.
