  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

    We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. ❤️

    Our Calming Pup Doggy Beds Take Time To Make Especially With Our Growing Demand Of Orders, Total Average Delivery Time Frame During Our Peak Season

    8-15 Business Days (Not Including Saturday & Sunday)

    Important Note: We will try to get your order dispatched within 12 hours so please make sure you order correct size and color.

    Once it has been dispatched, our couriers (USPS) will then give us tracking information after 2-3 business days. We will then email you as soon as possible with the latest tracking information.

    Multiple orders will be shipped separate as there is a maximum weight limit. 

     

    We don't support PO box deliveries. Please place other shipping address. Thank you!

     

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

    Please track your order here: http://parcelsapp.com/en/ and place your tracking number. Please only use this after 3-5 days of receiving your tracking number. It may not show instantly and need time to update. 

    You can also track your order via USPS official tracking website. However, due to the nature of their tracking system, we do not recommend it as they never update the tracking page. 

    What we recommend is for you to only use the 'sign up for delivery updates' via official USPS tracking website. 

    You may sign up to get email and sms notifications of when your order will be delivered with an exact estimated delivery time frame. 

    Try to rely on our first tracking link we provided for better updates and only use USPS to see expected delivery date.

  • WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR? 

    You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.
