HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We may take some extra time to deliver your order, but we ensure that all orders are shipped and handled carefully. Our team works hard speed up the delivery, and often your package will arrive sooner than the estimated delivery time.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

• USA:
  • 2-5 business days for in-stock items
  • 7-14 business days for CUSTOM production
• CANADA, AUSTRALIA, UK:
  • 7-14 business days

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION

Yes, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number once the courier has uploaded the tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO TRACKING INFORMATION”.

For some couriers, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

If you order more pieces of the same product, you'll receive them in multiple packages.
