Got smaller bed than expected?

We understand you may have purchased a smaller size than you anticipated it to be for your dog. We always recommend on our product page size chart information to purchase 1-2 sizes larger for all breeds. Please take a picture and attach the image once you receive a confirmation of ticket email on your inbox. Measurement must be fair and shown with the dog bed layed outwards not inwards.

If the event that we shipped the correct size of what was ordered, we may be unable to exchange it due to the current logistics sanitary complications we will face, and dog bed products in which have been opened may not make it back to us as logistics carriers may bounce it back to original sender due to mentioned above. We are more than happy to issue you a sweet discount instead for you to purchase another larger size for your dog and we'll be sure to upgrade your shipping to same day dispatch to ensure you get it like lightning!
